Having Home Inspection to investigate possibly your largest investment is an very easy decision. But what should you expect from a home inspection? There is a significant difference with what some other Home Inspection in Norwalk, Connecticut offer you. You want "A home inspection the way it should be".

Having professionally inspected thousands of homes in Westchester and Fairfield County, I've found that no person ever sees all of it. Often there is a new big surprise when you least expect it. However, I have located common kinds of home problems which rear their unsightly heads as often as the sun rises, not only to older Norwalk houses, but often in brand new ones, before the odor of new paint develop into a memory.

Professional Norwalk Home Inspection

Even though I do take time to inspect your Norwalk house thoroughly, I also take the time to show you the findings so you completely understand your home's condition. My home inspection reports are really easy to read, computer generated and customized having digital photos of your brand-new home. When completed, you will have an even better understanding of the designs of your house and the way in which it functions. Your report can be your home reference handbook to refer to when needed. If you've got any questions before, throughout or following the inspection, simply ask me. I will do everything I can to help you with the inspection process. From the inspection agreement, the inspection itself, understanding your report and addressing every question you might have. You may call with any question or for any reason between the hours of 6 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. If I do not have the answer for you right away, I can ask over 8,000 Home Inspection members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspector (InterNACHI) whom I can ask any question 24 / 7 and generally have an answer in a couple of hours.
